Female entrepreneurs : business set-ups, work-home conflicts and societal pressure

Abstract

During the initial stages of the literature review, it was found that many previous studies done on female entrepreneurs did not include Asians. Limited research were based on small and medium enterprises. Moreover, there had been little emphasis on work-home conflicts faced by these female entrepreneurs.
