Abstract: This project examines the Singapore's remuneration system in the hotel sector and also the electrical and electronics manufacturing sectors. It explores the reward and performance evaluation systems of individuals and teams in the face of the dynamic changes in the environment such as technological advancement and global competition. The research material comprises both theoretical support and a field-based study. The field-based study includes the conducting of interviews and ranking exercises with five samples from each sector.
