Personal insurance on the Internet (in Singapore)

Abstract

The Internet is gaining popularity in Singapore and many industries are trying to make full use of it by using it as a marketing or research tool. The insurance industry, like the other industries such as the banking industry, is trying to keep up with this improvement in technology too. Therefore, this project aims to find out whether is it feasible for insurance companies to provide their insurance products through the Internet.
