Abstract: It has become popular in the travel and tourism industry to emphasize the importance of using networks to accomplish collective and organizational goals. Network itself is a key resource. It is the means by which opportunities are identified and secured and by which firms gain access to resources they do not control. In spite of its importance, little research was done to improve the understanding of the networks especially in the field of travel agency industry. Hence, the purpose of this report is to gain insights into the networks of travel agents.
