Abstract: This study attempts to examine the productivity impact of On-the-Job Training (OJT) on companies in Singapore. To fulfill the research objective, a national survey was conducted. A questionnaire was developed based on findings from literature review and interviews with managers of Model OJT Companies and the officials from the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (PSB).
