Abstract: Inhalation drug delivery is the preferred route of administration of aerosolized drug sin the treatment of respiratory disease, such as asthma. Aerosol particle size is the most important factor to affect the deposition efficiency of the inhalation device. The main purpose of this project is to study the feasibility of the micro nozzle array chip for a drug delivery inhaler.
