Abstract

Singapore has achieved great economic success and recognition which is attributable to her people. Singaporeans must enhance their learning capacity in order to sustain her competitiveness. The government has introduced the use of information technology in education and has tried to increase the awareness of the Internet. People can tap on the vast information available on the World Wide Web (WWW) to increase their knowledge and thus maintain Singapore's competitiveness.
