Abstract: Nursing is inherently stressful and with the recent shortage of labour in the nursing profession highlighted by the Ministry of Health, there is a need to study the profession and offer solutions to current problems. The aim of this report is to establish relationships between stress, job satisfaction and well-being as well as to introduce the concept of Organisational Health, to determine whether it has any effects on the relationships stipulated above.
