Abstract: Our project is a case study on an organisation, Anderson Electronics Penang Sdn. Bhd., (AEP), which has just undergone a major organisational change based on the concepts and principles of PLP Quality - a quality model developed on the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM). The two main focuses of our project are : (1) To research into the effectiveness of the company's organisational change using TQM as a basis for our analysis; and (2) To study the impact of the organisational change on employees' motivation with reference to established theories of motivation.
