The Big Six accounting firms are recognised today as the world's leading professional services firms in the industry. The key to their continued success rests with their ability to attract and train the right people. As such, this project attempts to study how the Big Six firms are positioned in the minds of students and the factors that affect the students' job choice decisions. Survey questionnaires were administered to final year accountancy students in the Nanyang Technological University. In addition, opinions from experienced professionals were sought to provide a deeper insight into the topic.en_US
