Abstract: On-line real-time accounting software have been around in the Singapore software market for a relatively long period of time. It utilises real-time technology to perform data processing, and it possesses benefits that may provide users with competitive advantages. However, despite the seeming attractiveness of such software, many companies still have not jumped onto the bandwagon and adopt this new system. Why is this so? This is the issue that the research team seeks to address in this research study.
