Abstract: Rapid advancement in technology coupled with intense competition in the banking sector have led to the rise of many electronic banking services. In this report, we traced the current developments of the various modes of electronic banking services available in Singapore and predicted the future trends. As banking services will inadvertently affect the users' everyday lives, we also tried to find out the impact of these services on the users' lifestyles.
