Abstract: The feasibility of manufacturing microstructures and the establishment of suitable processing conditions for plastic micro injection molding. High-and low- density polyethylene were studied. A simplified model was used for Design of Experiment analysis in order to optimize the process conditions. And actual filling simulation was conducted for a circular disc with microstructures.
