Abstract: Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) is a computerized solution to managing maintenance management needs of an organization. CMMS is using software to effectively and efficiently plan and execute tasks meant to maintain a company's operations to ensure maximum uptime of equipment critical to the production of finished goods. If implemented properly and utilized to the fullest extent it can reap many benefits for the company.
