Abstract: This project aims to create a program which generates html5-compatible animation from a set of SVG input frames. A set of SVG frames in sequence will be given as separate SVG files from which the output will be compiled and generated. C++ must be used for reusability of source code. The output animated file has to be compatible with modern web browsers and compliant with html5 standards. Various constraints in displaying scalable animation and employable methods to achieve compability and optimal performance will be thoroughly investigated in this project. HTML5 is 15 years behind Flash technologies in many aspects, [Arah]. Browsers are still at drawing board even for seemingly simple features of HTML5. Many animation software still do not support HTML5 content as output, [SBP Romania]. This project aims to give a helping hand to artists looking for a way to compile HTML-compatible animation from generated SVG content.
