Abstract: The author of this dissertation is directly involved, in the capacity of Project Manager, in projects in power sector in Asia through a joint venture operation between partners from West and Asia. Recently, the joint venture company has successfully completed a couple of projects in PR China. This dissertation is a case study of an insight view of the technology transfer process, in a joint venture operation and highlights the probable areas of improvement for an effective technology transfer through Joint Ventures and emergence of integrated supply chain system on global perspective.
