dc.description.abstractSmartphone is nevertheless an essential item for any individual in the current community. Almost everyone have a Smartphone with internet connection which allow them to stay connected with work, peers and updated with the latest news or happenings through various platforms or mobile applications such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Social media provides a new channel for businesses to promotes their products and promotions, which is also relatively cost effective as compared to traditional marketing channels Past were the days where businesses market their promotions through distribution of flyers and through newspaper advertisements. However, marketing only through social media application is not enough as overwhelming promotions by businesses appearing on the live feed on an individual user will be regarded as a kind of spam. The objective of this project is to create a one stop application where businesses can create a new promotion and users are also able to receive real time promotions from businesses on the move. As a result, businesses will be able generate more revenue as a result of more updated and real time promotions reaching a larger group of consumers. For the consumers, they will also benefit from getting better promotions and also having more choices of promotions for the same category of product that they want to purchase.en_US
