Issue Date: 2014
Abstract: This project main purpose is to develop a web-server interface for LDsplit, which acts as a portal for researchers around the globe to access and use for their study on viruses such as HIV which rely on recombination to survive treatment drugs. Such a server for LDsplit would bring a lot of benefits to the biomedical research community. The project is an undergraduate final year project under Nanyang Technological University (NTU), which serves as a compulsory module to fulfill the requirement to achieve Bachelor of Computer Engineering.
