Abstract: The objective of this research is the optimization of the die heater parameters using FEA for pultrusion of polymer composites to enhance product quality. The quality of a pultruded composite material strongly depends on various process control parameters, such as die-heater temperature, die-cooler temperature, die-heater geometry.
