With rapid economic growth and reforms undergoing in the country, future prospects for Vietnam are promising. The Vietnamese government has been quite successful in their quest to improve its relationship with the rest of the world. New trade links have been established and existing ones have been strengthened since they opened their doors in 1986. As a result of their efforts, there has been a substantial increase in the direct foreign investments into Vietnam over recent years. With the lifting of the United States trade embargo in February 1994, the business environment in Vietnam is expected to become even more conducive. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10356/59304 | Schools: | Nanyang Business School | Rights: | Nanyang Technological University | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
