Issue Date: 1995
Abstract: The purpose of this report is to find out the determinants of overall job satisfaction of the staff in large Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms in Singapore. In view of this, a modified model borrowed from Cammann et al. was used. This is motivated by the concern shown about low job satisfaction as indicated by the high turnover rates experienced by these organizations.
