Abstract: Literature review has indicated that user resistance to the computerised system is one of the major factors that has contributed to system failures. Hence, there is a need to implement some strategies to increase user acceptance of the system. We have identified and explored three of these strategies which are recommended by researchers; they are user involvement, ergonomics and training.
