Abstract: Welcome to the world of La Femme. Step in and discover the wonders of the 5F’s which commands it: Fantasies, Fashion, Fetishes, Food and Fashion. They are objectified in various forms of shoes, mainly heels. Heels are used to create fantasies of the human proportion, passionate desire and innate lust. Heels are the best accessories in the fashion scene, paired with dresses, headpieces or just a naked model. Heels are unavoidably connected with fetishes, having its form in some perspective resembling a male reproductive organ, a female vital organ and in amplifying the arousing aspect of the female legs. Heels are capable of making both sexes salivate, though in different ways. Males salivate when the heels are worn, while women salivate upon just the sight of a very attractive shoe. Heels are definitely inseparable from fashion as models walk down the catwalk in all forms of it, restructuring the posture and bringing a heightened sense of experience for the wearer and viewer. The allures of wearing heels are as such. Decades pass and actions form into habits. This habit driven by repetition and expectations that will be touched on later in the pages, is it getting out of hand? Does the duration of its existence justify the right of this habit? Does the women of the 21st century understand, or are they even aware of what seems to come to them so naturally? The project then attempts to provoke thoughts and questions in the viewer’s mind, by incorporating elements of heels history and fusing them together in the modern context.
