dc.description.abstractThis project draws its inspiration from the mild steel ventilation grilles that were commonly found on Singapore architecture in the 1900s. By relooking at these grille motifs and patterns using contemporary design concepts, the geometric motifs were repurposed and made relevant to our modern-day context.en_US
