Title: Wabi
Authors: Sim, Shen-Wei
Keywords: DRNTU::Visual arts and music::Design::Product
Issue Date: 2014
Abstract: Wabi is a free-floating planter that uses the emotional qualities through form and perception, which are inspired by Zen philosophies, to communicate these ideas with the user. It does not aim to be literal and intrusive into the current environment but rather a quietly floating embodiment of natural elements, symbolising ideas of freedom and space for the human mind to dwell in.
