Abstract: This study discuss the challenges of the ATO environment through the case of a Smart Card manufacturer. The "As-Is" environment is mapped to identify the strengths and weakness by evaluating both the supply chain partners as well as uits internal manufacturing environment. The objective is to design an ideal "To-Be" model.
