The saga of the success of Singapore telecom

Abstract

Singapore Telecom is one of the finest companies in Singapore, recently ranked number two in the country after Singapore Airlines. In the five categories of 1) High quality of services/product 2) Innovative in responding to customers 3) Long term vision 4) Financial soundness 5) Companies that others try to emulate, it occupies the top two places in category 1,2 and 3 and ranks among the top five companies in the rest. This result was presented in a survey by the Far Eastern Economic Review.
