Abstract: This research reviews the possibility of managing supply chain effectively and efficiently through effective management of its procurement workflow. A general strategy is then formulated for managing a supply chain. Moreover, this research reviews and explores feasible techniques to manage procurement workflow. This technique is then applied to a case study after which general strategies for procurement workflow management are being formulated.
