Investigation of the internal determinants of mainland China's domestic firms' export performance

Abstract

In this study, the determinants of Mainland China's domestic firms' export pperformance were investigated. The results indicate that Mainland China's domestic firm's export performance is positively related to management competency and attitude, the degree of management involvement in exporting business, export policy and adaptation to customer needs. Some findings are consistent with that of the previous studies while some are not.
