Title: Indoor bioaerosols : source, health impacts, and mitigation strategies
Authors: Han, Ye
Keywords: DRNTU::Engineering::Environmental engineering
Issue Date: 2014
Abstract: The project studies the relationship between air-conditioning system and the concentration of bioaerosols, especially in the aspect of ventilation effectiveness. Bioaerosol concentration is used as one of indication of indoor air quality, as bioaerosol is one of the principle indoor air pollutants. Based on the previous researches and studies, the concentration of bioaerosols and other pollutants in indoor environment is greatly associated with the ventilation effectiveness of the HVAC system (Heat, Ventilation, Air Conditioning System). Several sub-projects with individual experiment are derived from the main project.
