The purpose of this project is to design an unconventional form factor that combines mobile phone and PDA into one inexpensive, space-saving, portable device that makes lives more convenient to manage. To achieve this goal, research was conducted in a wide range of areas including: biometrics and security issues, display and battery technologies, latest and futuristic mobile communication technologies, ergonomics, customer demand analysis and design for assembly (DFA) to achieve this goal.
