dc.description.abstractIncreasing productivity is important in maintaining the competence of a manufacturing company. The project aimed to investigate and analyze factors that could influence throughput and improvement in the performance of a manufacturing system. The objectives are analyzed through a project of AFT company Singapore, an oilfield service company. A simulation model built in Simul8 is developed to simulate the current production performance of a gauge assembly workshop.en_US
