FIRO-B® is a theory on interpersonal relationships while MBTI® is a personality assessment tool. The scope of this Final Year Project (FYP) includes a research on 360 Leadership Style, FIRO-B® and MBTI® for generating questionnaire and analysis; development of algorithm for FIRO-B® and MBTI® categorization; development of the web assessment system and lastly, the implementation and enhancements of the web assessment system. In addition, this report will discuss the relationship between 360 leadership, interpersonal relation and personality theories, the description of programming language used as well as the coding for the web assessment system.
