Abstract: Construction productivity is vital in maintaining economic development and the future attraction of the construction industry which still suffers from an image problem due to the number of foreign workers and the social problems it could bring (Jin, 1994). The current paper aims to identify the most important factors affecting construction productivity and also assess their significance through risk management.
