Title: Arctic shipping : a study on the impacts of the northern sea route on Singapore's status as an international maritime centre
Authors: Aw, Tiffany Yun Qi
Keywords: DRNTU::Engineering::Maritime studies
Issue Date: 2014
Abstract: In recent years, even the coldest regions in the world are not spared of climate changes at a rate faster than those countries on the Equator due to global warming. Substantial melting of large ice caps paves the way for shipping across the Northern Sea Route (NSR) which was once not navigable commercially.
