It is set in the early 1900s period of Hong Kong when the East meets the West, when western technology such as the camera came into the Asian scene. The film tells a short story of an old man who owns a camera studio on the streets of old Hong Kong. He has a secret that no one knows, that his camera has the ability to capture the souls of his customers.
