Abstract: Nowadays, with the development and popularity of network, internet has been widely used around the world. To satisfy the demand for the network, we need to supply the flow more efficiently. In this case, we aim to come with a manner to predict the future internet traffic accurately. At the beginning, I concentrate on obtaining the information and knowledge of the project, because this problem need to be solved by the kernel recursive least square algorithms which is totally fresh for me. And after the first period, I start to make the program on Matlab based on the papers I have gone through. Most of the equations and expressions I have used are from the appendix A. And the last step for me is to modify and improve the performance of the program which will be presented more detailed in the following pages
