Abstract: This report is based the work of the author’s final year project. In the project, a flow visualization experiment was done to understand the flow characteristics of cement powder in the air-slide conveyor. In addition, a scaled down pneumatic delivery pipe system was designed for further studies regarding the flow characteristics of cement powder in pneumatic delivery pipes.
