Abstract: Workplace safety is an important topic in the eyes of the commercial organisation, government and academics due to the impact it poses. Therefore it is important to study and understand the factors that motivates unsafe behaviours by the workers before interventions could be implemented to address, intervene and correct the behaviours of the workers to improve workplace safety. This report tries to propose new methods to reinforce the current research models that has been used to understand and explain human behaviour.
