Abstract: With the rising trend of online purchasing from websites such as Taobao and Amazon, there would be more demands expected from the couriers to do deliveries and hence more customers would be using the courier service to make their orders. This project aims to create a courier management system that provides a user friendly interface for users to make their orders and also efficiently schedules job allocations to the couriers by using clustering algorithms like k-means algorithm to estimate the workload of the couriers with equability and using ranking algorithm such as Dijkstra’s algorithm to rank their job lists.
