dc.description.abstractThis project aspires to design and conceive an Android mobile application termed “Rise and Shine” that integrates a 2-in-1 functionality of a Flashlight LED in conjunction with an Alarm clock for the android phone. It seeks to build on the solid foundation of what is available on the market to further improvise and synthesize form and function into a classical, simple elegant design by harnessing the open source Android Developer Tools using Java Programming. The functional and system architecture that will address the requirements and technical challenges will be provided in the main body. This report incorporates and documents the author’s learning journey and thought processes, and ultimately presents a condensed evaluation and conclusion for practical purposes for future studies and references.en_US
