This study seeks to bridge the gap in the lack of insight on the perspectives of these foreign undergraduates on the Singapore government scholarships with regards to their views and commitment towards working and living in Singapore beyond their tertiary education and bond period. Using in-depth interviews to find out how the place-making practices and through sociological framework to explore these foreign undergraduates’ notion of a ‘home’.
