This is in line with the Singapore government’s effort in pushing for productivity which could be achieved by introducing technology and automation. The objective of this project is to monitor ongoing activities in the shop floor. From these activities, the efficiency and utilization of the machines could be determined and reported to the respective managers-in-charge. From the information provided to them, the managers will be able to make a more informed decision which would result in significant cost and time savings. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10356/62879 | Schools: | School of Computer Engineering | Rights: | Nanyang Technological University | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
