Abstract: This research is aimed to develop a framework for power generation planning by incorporating the supply based top-down and energy efficiency based bottom-up approaches using LCA and LCCA as tools. Its scope is to develop power generation scenarios for Singapore to foresee the emission reduction opportunities in Singapore's power sector.
