Abstract: This thesis consists of 2 parts. -part b- This project aims to propose a matrix cost/benefit model to present and compare various suggested ergonomics measures based on the estimated cost/benefit. This model is expected to provide quantitative information to help business decision- makers choose and plan ergonomic investment. In order to demonstrate the application of the proposed method, a case study was carried out at a company premise.
