Title: Digging up flowers
Authors: Seo, Jasmine Lijuan

Abstract: In the event of her father’s death, Clori has the best-laid plans to get out of her father’s shadow and prove herself worthy inside a cutthroat illustration company, but things soon stop going according to script. Digging Up Flowers is a screenplay about an underachieving illustrator who strives for more in her life and career, with a healthy dose of magical realism thrown in when among other things, she comes to face a mysterious spectre of her child self. But this is ostensibly a story about family. And also more simply, love.
