Title: | Interactions between associative polymers and surfactant solutions | Authors: | Seng, Wee Pin. | Keywords: | DRNTU::Engineering::Materials::Organic/Polymer electronics | Issue Date: | 2000 | Abstract: | Rheological and calorimetric studies on the interactions between hydrophobically alkali-soluble emulsions (HASE) and various surfactants were examined. HASE model systems with essentially the same chemical structures and molecular weight but different degree of ethoxylation or hydrophobic chain length were synthesized by Union Carbide. The flow behavior of pure HASE systems in different concentrations was also studied and the critical network concentrations of each system were determined. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10356/6352 | Schools: | School of Mechanical and Production Engineering | Rights: | Nanyang Technological University | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
