Due to intense competition and rapid increase in new products, retailers are compelled to evaluate their existing space management. This project undertakes a study of 2 provision shops to provide insights to address the above-mentioned problem. The data collected were used to generate a set of proposed planograms, specific to the 2 provision shops concerned.
