dc.description.abstract | In this final year project, a smart platform for report generation was developed so as to improve working efficiency and productivity as well as to reduce paper usage in offices. A specific smart documentation generation methodology and an intelligent author index generation methodology have been designed and developed for the automatic report generation to deal with complex large number of data more efficiently. Moreover, they are designed for long-term photonics global conferences paper management usage. This report presents the whole cycle of the system development from system requirements analysis, to system modeling and implementation. After analyzing the motivations and listing out all the user requirements, the report presents the system modeling with detailed explanations, and introduces how different technologies and software applications interact with each other in order to realize all the functionalities. More details are provided in this report to illustrate the whole developing process, and to show in which way could the system help overcome the inefficiency on data management. At the end of the report, conclusions and recommendations are provided for further studies on related research areas in the future. | en_US |
