Abstract: Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) are attaining popularity due to their affordability, ability to hover with stability and to transport payload. One weakness is when a copter reaches its lifting capability, reaching its maximum performance limit. This report documents the original idea of developing the idea of structurally- scalable of a multirotor copter; from a quad-copter to a hexa-copter and finally an octo-copter. The various methods, components and design concepts explained in detail.
